If you're here, I'm guessing…
Your to-do list lives in three apps, a notebook and the back of a soccer schedule.
You love your clients. You do not love chasing invoices at 9 p.m.
You've bought the template. And the course. They're in a folder somewhere, waiting.

You're not bad at business. You're running a business and a household on memory alone, and that's too heavy for anyone to carry.

Where I learned how good operations should feel
My years at Marriott taught me the thing I still build every system around: logistics and operations only work when they come with top-notch customer service. Schedules, staffing and a hundred moving parts all have to run smoothly, and every person on the other end still has to feel genuinely cared for. Efficient and warm, together. That's the bar.
Why Sunday Ops Co. exists
Most systems are built for type-A brains. You find a template or a tutorial, and suddenly it feels like fitting a square peg in a round hole. So you figure you're the problem, and you just need to rewire your brain to be "more organized."
You don't. Sunday Ops Co. exists to build systems, SOPs and support around the way you think, your season of life and your real capacity, so you can get organized without losing your warmth, your faith or yourself in the process. No one-size-fits-all tech, no tools you'll abandon in two weeks. Just a back office that feels as easy as a slow drive on a Sunday.

I practice what I preach
From CEO Mondays to Client Fridays
My own week runs on the same structure I build for clients. CEO Mondays are for planning and numbers. Build days are for client systems. Content Thursdays are for the podcast and blog. Client Fridays are for calls and check-ins. I work 6 to 3, and evenings and weekends belong to my family, my faith and my workouts. A system that can't protect those isn't doing its job!

What I believe
Simplicity over complexity. The right few tools, set up well.
Individualization over one-size-fits-all. Your system should look like you.
Meet people where they are. No judgment about the state of your inbox. Truly.
Rooted in purpose. Your business should serve your life, not the other way around.
Off the clock
I'm a momma to three and a firefighter wife, so I know a thing or two about a household that runs on schedules, shift changes and flexibility!
